May Outreach – In Support of Local Police and Firefighters
This month our outreach focus allows us to encourage police and firefighters in our church and our community with the message that God is good and they are loved. Each week this month, we will deliver care packages to police and fire departments in our community.  Here are some ways for you to join us in this outreach effort:

• Stop in the foyer each Sunday to sign the card of encouragement that will accompany the care packages – there is a new card each week.
• Consider how you can show your support on your own (i.e. when you see someone in uniform in a restaurant or coffee shop).
• Consider writing a note of encouragement to a police officer or firefighter you know personally.
